1031 Exchange Information

The concept of “1031 Exchange” is basically a means by which owners of business and investment Real Estate can sell their property and buy “like kind” property without paying the Capital Gains Tax.

These transactions, which are known as “deferred exchanges” or “1031 exchanges”, allow investors to continue his investment in another property without losing investment equity to taxes.
